Annual Fee
The annual fee for the Westpac Altitude Platinum Card is $99 the first year, then $150 thereafter.
Authorized User Fee
There is no authorized user fee to add an additional cardholder (aged 16 or older) to the Westpac Altitude Platinum Card. I recommend doing this if you're trying to earn Altitude Rewards Points faster.
