Marriott Bonvoy points can be transferred to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club at a rate of 3:1. Every 3,000 Marriott Bonvoy points you convert will give you 1,000 Virgin points.
On top of that, you will receive a bonus of 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for every 60,000-block of points you transfer in a single transaction — equal to 5,000 bonus Virgin points. This means a 60,000-point transfer would give you a total of 25,000 Virgin points which comes out to a slightly better 3:1.25 ratio.
