Flying Blue Miles can be earned flying Air France-KLM, Skyteam Alliance partners, and several other partnering airlines. Miles can also be earned booking hotels, renting cars, and by transferring points earned from other programs directly to your Flying Blue account.

Flying Blue Airline Partners

In addition to flying Air France and KLM, you can earn Flying Blue Miles flying other airlines. This mainly consists of SkyTeam partners, but also features a few select airlines outside of the alliance. All-in-all, you earn Flying Blue Miles flying the following airlines:

When flying Air France, KLM, Joon and HOP!-marketed flights, miles will be earned per € spent excluding government-imposed taxes and fees. The number of Flying Blue Miles you earn will also depend on your level in the Flying Blue program. Do note that Air France-KLM deals in Euros.

Earn On Upgrades & Services

You can earn Flying Blue Miles per € spent on upgrading flights, paying for baggage, booking more comfortable seats, and purchasing food on-board flights. These services must be made for flights operated by Air France, KLM, or Joon. The amount you earn will be based on your status within the Flying Blue Program and usually follows the same per € rate that you would get when earning miles flying Air France-KLM operated airlines (such as 4 miles per € for Flying Blue Explorers).

Flying Blue Hotel Partners

Flying Blue features more than 10 hotel partners that you can use to earn additional Flying Blue Miles with. This will either be by booking through a special link, transferring earned hotel rewards points to the Flying Blue program, or changing your hotel rewards loyalty program earning preferences to Flying Blue Miles.

Accor Hotels is partnered with Air France-KLM. You can earn Accor Hotel Points flying Air France-KLM and earn Flying Blue Miles staying at Accor hotels in addition to the points/miles you would normally earn. You'll need to link your accounts in order to start earning across both programs.

Flying Blue Car Rental Partners

Flying Blue has 8 rental car partners that you can use to earn additional Flying Blue Miles. Booking your car rental will earn you a certain amount of miles based on rental length or 1€ spent. You can click on a rental company to learn more about their rewards program such as earning, redeeming, and transferring rewards.
