Sign Up Bonus (SUB)

The standard Hawaiian Mastercard sign up bonus is 50,000 bonus miles after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 90 days. 50,000 Hawaiian Miles are worth at least $500 but can be worth more or less depending on how you redeem them. The Hawaiian Airlines card also offers a 0% intro APR on balance transfers.

New Hawaiian Mastercard members will receive a one-time 50% discount towards one full coach round-trip fare for a companion between Hawaii and North America. This discount is good for 13 months after card opening and could easily be worth the annual fee the first year.

Annual Fee

The annual fee for the Hawaiian Mastercard is $99. The annual $100 companion pass discount takes care of this cards fee if you're able to use it. You also have the free checked bags, the ability to share miles, and the 3x miles earning rate which adds more value. If you find yourself frequently on Hawaiian Airlines, this card can easily be worth the fee.

Authorized User Fee

The Hawaiian Mastercard does not charge an authorized user fee for adding additional users. If you're trying to earn Hawaiian Miles, adding additional users will be very helpful since it offers double miles on several categories that are usually part of most peoples daily routine.

Foreign Transaction Fee

There is no foreign transaction fee for using the Hawaiian Mastercard outside of the United States. This allows you to earn Hawaiian Miles internationally and maintain the great value the card offers.
