Celebrity Cruises Visa Signature Card Calculator

Review the benefits of the Celebrity Cruises Visa Signature Card, calculate how many MyCruise Points you can earn based on your spend, and compare results.
Updated 2020-07-12 By Robert Flowers III

The Celebrity Cruises Visa Signature Card earns double MyCruise Rewards Points across Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, and Azamara. MyCruise Points can have up to 2 cents in value when redeemed for various cruises with Royal Caribbean as well as a select Europe cruise with Azamara. You typically will not get more than 1 cent in value for redemptions made with Celebrity Cruises. This means you'll earn at most a 2% return for Celebrity Cruise Line based redemptions which is pretty low. If you're looking to earn free cruises with Celebrity, this isn't the card you're looking for.

Perks & Benefits

The Celebrity Cruises Visa Signature Card does not feature any benefits that are specific to Celebrity Cruises. You'll receive your standard Visa Signature benefits.

Sign Up Bonus

The standard sign up bonus for the Celebrity Cruises Credit Card is 10,000 MyCruise Points after making a single transacation on the card within the first 90 days of the account open date. 10,000 Points is enough for a $100 credit for Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, or Azamara.

Annual Fee

The Celebrity Cruises Credit Card has no annual fee. This means that all spend placed on the card will benefit you and provide a positive value. This card previously had an annual fee, but it offered a load of benefits that made the fee worth it.

Authorized User Fee

The Celebrity Cruises Credit Card does not charge a fee for adding authorized users. If you plan on using MyCruise Points for redemptions that give you 2 cents in value, I recommend adding users to the card to help build your points faster.

Foreign Transaction Fee

The Celebrity Cruises Credit Card does not charge a foreign transaction fee. This means you can continue to earn MyCruise points while sailing the seas and use the card for shopping worldwide.

Rewards Calculator

You can use the rewards calculator to calculate how many points, miles, or cash back you can earn based on your spend per category. This calculator will also give you the dollar value of the card based on the value of the rewards earned and how much each benefit is worth to you, minus the annual fees. You can click the Compare A Card button to compare this card side by side any other card featured on the site within the same calculator.

Note! All category spend entered in the primary card's column (first column when comparing cards) will carry over to all credit card calculators on the site. This means you will not have to re-enter the same information again and again when browsing during the session.

Celebrity Card vs Royal Caribbean Card

If you're trying to decide between the Celebrity Cruises Credit Card and the Royal Caribbean Credit Card, flip a coin. With both cards earning the same amount of points across all three cruise lines and both cards offering no benefits/perks with their respectful cruise lines, neither card is better than the other.
