The Citi Expedia Rewards Credit Card earns Expedia Rewards Points at a decent rate for anyone looking to earn points without paying a fee. The only drawback is that the Expedia Voyager Credit Card is the better card without much effort due to the additional point per $1 spent, the $100 annual air travel fee credit it comes with that wipes out the fee, and the complimentary Expedia Gold Status. If you're looking to earn rewards with Expedia, I recommend picking up the Voyager.
