Transferring points to Qantas using other partners

When it comes to Qantas, most card issuers offer the ability to opt-in for earning Qantas points directly in lieu of credit card rewards points. For this reason, Qantas points can really only be earned using hotel rewards programs and since there are no co-branded hotel credit cards in Australia, this will not help much in terms of earning lots of points.
