Nectar points can be transferred to the British Airways Executive Club at a rate of 400 Nectar points for 250 Avios, equivalent to 1.6 Nectar points per 1 Avios.

Converting Nectar points to Avios can yield a value of 0.6p to 1.25p+ per point, depending on how you redeem them with British Airways or their airline partners:

  • Economy Class Redemption: Avios average value is 1p per Avios (~0.625p per Nectar point).
  • Upper-Class Redemption: Avios can be worth up to 2p+ per Avios (~1.25p+ per Nectar point).
