Transferring Points To Aeroplan
Aeroplan is a direct transfer partner of several rewards programs. You can enter any amount of Aeroplan Miles in the field below. The calculator will then output the total amount of points/miles in the partner program that is equal to the amount of Aeroplan miles you entered. Do note that some programs may have minimum and maximum transfer restrictions.
American Express Membership Rewards Points transfer to Aeroplan at a 1:1 ratio meaning one point will equal one mile. This gives you 10 credit cards to choose from to help build up your balance. For example, you can earn 5 miles per $1 spend on airfare using the AMEX Platinum Card or earn 3 miles per $1 spend on airfare with the AMEX Gold along with 4 miles per $1 on restaurant and grocery. Best Western Points
Best Western members earn points at a base rate of 10 points per $1 spent which is equal to 2 Aeroplan Miles. Best Western's highest status of Diamond Select offers 5 additional Best Western Points for an additional Aeroplan Mile while using the Best Western Premium Mastercard will add on an additional 10 for a total of two additional Aeroplan Miles. This is max total of 5 Aeroplan Miles per $1 spent you can earn staying at Best Western.
Capital One Miles
Capital One Venture Miles and Capital One Spark Miles transfer to Aeroplan at a 4 miles to 3 Aeroplan Miles ratio. This means for every $1 you run across the Venture Card or Spark Miles Visa you will earn 2 Capital One Miles which is equal to 1.5 Aeroplan Miles per $1 spent.
Choice Points are earned at a base rate of 10 points per $1 spent which is equal to 2 Aeroplan Miles. Choice Diamond Status will earn you an additional 5 Choice Points (50% bonus) equal to one additional Aeroplan Mile and using the Choice Privileges Card at Choice Hotels will also earn you 5 Choice Points equal one additional mile. This is a max of 4 Aeroplan Miles per $1 spent at Choice Hotels.
Hilton Honors Points
Hilton Honors Points are earned at a base rate of 10 points per $1 spent. This means you will only earn 1 Aeroplan Miles on the base rate. Picking up the Hilton Aspire Card and using it at Hilton Hotels will give you 14 points per $1 equal to 1.4 Aeroplan Miles. The card will also grant you Complimentary Hilton Diamond Status, the highest status in the program, and give you an additional 10 points worth an additional mile. This is a max total of 3.4 Aeroplan Miles per $1 spent at Hilton Hotels.
IHG Points are earned at a base rate of 10 points per $1 spent which equals 2 Aeroplan Miles. IHG Rewards Club's highest status of IHG Spire Elite will earn you an additional 10 points (100% bonus) for a total of two additional miles. You can earn two more miles using the IHG Premier Card which earns 10x at IHG Hotels. This is a max total of 6 IHG Points per $1 spent at IHG hotels.
Marriott Bonvoy Points are earned at a base rate of 10 points per $1 spent which is equal to 3.3 Aeroplan Miles when transferred to Marriott. You can earn an additional 7.5 points with Marriott Titanium Elite Status or higher equal to 2.5 Aeroplan Miles and an additional 6 points using any of Marriott's credit cards for 2 more Aeroplan Miles. This is a max total of 7.83 Aeroplan Miles per $1 spent at Marriott Hotels. On top of that, you will earn a bonus 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points when you transfer 60,000 points to airline partners which equals to 5,000 additional Aeroplan Miles. This makes Marriott one of the best transfer partners for Aeroplan (and best transfer partner with many more airlines).

Radisson Points are earned at a base rate of 20 points per $1 spent which is equal to 2 Aeroplan Miles. Radisson Platinum Status will earn you 15 additional points for a total of 1.5 Aeroplan Miles while using the Radisson Premier Visa will earn you an additional 10 points equal to 1 Aeroplan Miles. This is a max total of 4.5 Aeroplan Miles per $1 spent at Radisson Hotels.
Wyndham Points are earned at a base rate of 10 points per $1 spent which is equal to 2 Aeroplan Miles. You can earn an additional 5 points using the Wyndham Rewards Card (Platinum, with annual fee) for an additional Aeroplan Miles. Unfortunately, Wyndham Elite Status will not be of any help since you do not receive a boost to points earned per $1 spent. This leaves you with a max of 3 Aeroplan Miles per $1 spent making Wyndham the lowest hotel transfer partner.
