Search For Credit Cards By Spend

Credit Card Search Tool | Version 2.0

Search for the best credit cards based on your monthly or yearly spend. Select from almost 200 categories and get a list of the 50 best cards that match up.

The Search For Credit Cards By Spend Tool allows you to search for the best credit cards based on your monthly, quarterly, or yearly spend across different categories. The tool allows you add and remove categories as you please. Once you enter your spend for the categories you've selected, you can hit Find The Best Cards to get a list of the 50 best matches based on your spend.

You can click on Rewards Calculator to learn more about the card which includes details on the bonus categories, perks & benefits, standard sign up bonus, and annual fees. You can then calculate how many rewards you can earn based on your spend and the cash value of the card based on spend, benefits, and any fees the card may have.

I recommend using the rewards calculator whenever possible as it allows you to adjust the card to how you plan on using it. This includes changing the value of points, increasing or decreasing the value of perks/benefits, and applying annual/authorized user fees when needed. You'll also be able to incorporate things like sign-up bonuses into the calculation as well.

Add/Remove Categories

Select which categories you want to appear in this calculator. You can search categories by typing in a keyword below. De-selecting categories will remove them from this calculator. Categories are changed once you hit 'Update'.
Currently Selected:

Category Spend

Enter your spend per month, year, or quarter for the listed categories. You can click Add/Remove Categories to adjust the listed categories. You can hit Calculate to calculate the results of your spend against all cards in the database.

Adjust Transferable Points

Credit cards that are part of the American Express Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou Rewards, and Capital One Rewards programs will normally be towards the top of the list due to the value of transferring rewards to partners. Selecting this box will give these currencies their non-point transfer value. You will need to Re-Calculate after changing this option.
