Hilton Honors Points are primarily earned by staying at Hilton brand hotels and are earned per $1 spent at their hotels. You can also earn Hilton Honors Points by transferring points into your Hilton Honors account that you earned in other partnerning programs.
Hilton Honors Points can be redeemed for free nights, gift cards, car rentals, and even be redeemed for Amazon.com purchases. You can also transfer Hilton Honors Points to over 40 different partners mainly consisting of frequent flyer programs.
Credit Card Rewards Calculators
Hilton offers four American Express credit cards which consists of a no-fee card, an entry level card, a luxury card, and a business card. Each card offers a certain amount of bonus points per $1 spent at Hilton and several other categories along with Hilton Honors elite status and other various travel perks. The card you choose will depend on how often you stay Hilton Hotels. If you frequently visit Hilton Hotels many times per year, the Hilton Aspire will be the easy choice. If you visit a few times per year, you will want to consider the Hilton Surpass (previously Hilton Ascend). Of course, those who which to avoid annual fees can go for the basic Hilton Honors card. Lastly, the Hilton Business card acts as a slightly enhanced version of the Hilton Surpass by offering additional bonus categories.
