Best Buy's rewards program is called "My Best Buy". It's a free to sign up for and very rewarding program for anyone who shops at Best Buy. Best Buy Certificates
Best Buy Rewards Points have one redemption option and that is Best Buy Certificates. Every 250 points you earn in the My Best Buy Rewards Program is equal to a $5 Best Buy Certificate. Members will be able to set the amount of points in which they auto redeem for a certificate. Those with My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus status will have an extra option for Point Banking. Certificates expire a year after they are received, so you'll want to note that.
Best Buy Certificates can be applied online at checkout or you can use them in-store at the register. There's no limit to the amount of certificates you can use, but they cannot exceed the pre-tax cost of the purchase.
