American Express Membership Rewards points can be converted into Asia miles at a 1000:750 ratio. Every 1,000 AMEX points you transfer will give you 1,000 Asia miles. This isn't the best of ratios, but it is possible to earn a hefty amount of AMEX points per $1 spent with card's the cobalt which can earn you up to 5 points per $1 spent.

Marriott Bonvoy points to Asia miles

Marriott Bonvoy points can be converted into Asia miles at a 3:1 ratio. Every 3,000 Marriott Bonvoy points you transfer will give you 1,000 Asia miles. You'll also earn a bonus 5,000 Asia miles for every 60,000-block of Marriott Bonvoy points you transfer in a single transaction. This gives you a total of 25,000 Asia miles for every 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy points you convert.
