Vouchers are issued three times a year—in February, June, and October. A minimum of 500 points is required for redemption, providing a £5 voucher. Points are redeemed in £5 increments, with any remaining points carried forward to the next redemption period. Note that points expire if unused for two years.
If your voucher exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance will be transferred onto a gift card for future use.
