American Express Membership Rewards offers several of the best travel rewards credit cards in the state. On top of that, their cards offer intro bonuses of up to 100,000 points or more.
Membership Rewards points can be transferred to HawaiianMiles at a 1:1 rate. Every 1,000 Membership Rewards points you convert will give you 1,000 HawaiianMiles.

Marriott Bonvoy credit cards
Marriott Bonvoy offers a whopping six credit cards that you can use to build up points transferable to your Hawaiian Miles account.
Every 3,000 Marriott Bonvoy points you convert will give you 1,000 Hawaiian miles. On top of that, Marriott throws in a 15,000-point bonus for every 60,000 Bonvoy Points you transfer which is equal to an additional 5,000 Hawaiian Miles.
The Marriott Bonvoy program shines best if you're loyal to Marriott as you'll easily be able rack up points when staying at Marriott brand hotels and spending across Marriott's credit cards. If you have max status in the program and you use anything but their no-annual fee credit card, you'll earn a whopping 23.5 points per $1 spent which is equal to 7.83 Hawaiian miles... that's a lot.

World of Hyatt credit cards
World of Hyatt offers two co-branded credit cards that you can use to earn points transferable to HawaiianMiles. Every 2,500 Hyatt points you transfer will give you 1,000 Hawaiian miles. You'll also receive a bonus 5,000 miles for every 50,000-point block of Hyatt points you transfer.
Hyatt points can easily be redeemed for upwards of 2 cents per point towards free nights at Hyatt brand hotels with very little effort. This means that transferring your points to Hawaiian Airlines and other partners will possibility devalue your points. Something to keep in mind when transferring them!

IHG One Rewards credit cards
IHG One Rewards offers three credit cards that can be used to earn IHG points on everyday spending. Points earned with IHG credit cards can be converted into Hawaiian Miles at 5:1 rate which is 5,000 IHG points for 1,000 HawaiianMiles.
IHG's personal and business premier credit cards are top-notch if you frequent IHG properties. They offer a handful of solid benefits and high earning rates when used for IHG purchases.

Hilton Honors credit cards
Hilton Honors points can be transferred to Hawaiian Airlines at a 10:1 rate. Every 10,000 points you convert will give you 1,000 Hawaiian Miles.
