The Blue Business® Plus Credit Card from American Express and American Express Blue Business Cash™ Card are the best AMEX cards for miscellaneous purchases when it comes to earning cash back and Membership Rewards Points.
If you're trying to decide between the two, it's going to come down to whether or not you prefer cash back over points and if you do choose points, how much Membership Rewards Points are worth to you.

Membership Rewards Points earned with the Blue Business Plus Credit Card have an average value of 1 cent when redeemed towards airfare via amextravel.com.
You can obtain higher value by transferring points to AMEX's travel partners and redeeming them for flights and hotel stays. Points can also be used for statement credits, gift cards, and Amazon.com purchases, but these will typically give your points less than 1 cent in value.

Cash back earned with the Blue Business Cash is worth face value. So $1 in cash back earned is equal to $1 in statement credits on the card.
Transfer Partners
Membership Rewards points can be transferred to airline and hotel partners. This can give your points a value of anywhere between 1 and 2 cents (or more) per point.
Cash back earned with American Express can be used for statement credits. It cannot be transferred to other programs.
Annual Fees

The Blue Business Plus Card does not have an annual fee. Additional cardholders can be added at no extra cost.
