The Citi Rewards+® Card earns 2 ThankYou Points per $1 spent on both supermarket and gas station purchases.

Along with that, points earned on purchases made on the card will be rounded up to the nearest 10. Depending on your purchases, this can earn you a good amount of bonus points throughout the calendar year.

The Citi Rewards Plus Card also offers a 10% point rebate when redeeming points which means you'll save points that you can put towards a future redemption. The card has no annual fee and is one of the best no-annual fee credit cards for earning rewards.

Citi Rewards+ bonus categories

You'll earn bonus points on up to a combined spend total of $6,000 per year between supermarket and gas station purchases. After you hit the cap, you'll earn at the non-category rate of 1X for the remainder of the year.

There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn with the card overall.

2X Supermarket

The Citi Rewards+ Card earns 2 ThankYou Points per $1 spent on supermarket purchases.

2X Gas Station

The Citi Rewards+ Card earns 2 ThankYou Points per $1 spent on gas station purchases.

1X Everything Else

All other purchases on the Citi Rewards+ Card will earn 1 ThankYou Point per $1 spent.

Point Round Up

Purchases made to the Citi Rewards+ Card will be rounded up to the nearest 10. This includes supermarket and gas station purchases.

Example: If you purchase a $0.99 coffee, you would earn 10 points instead of 1 point due to rounding up the nearest 10.

10% Point Rebate

As a Citi Rewards+ Card holder, redeeming your ThankYou Points will earn you 10% of your points back into your account. This is limited to the first 100,000 points redeemed per year.

Example: If you redeemed 20,000 ThankYou Points towards travel, you would get 2,000 of those points deposited back into your account.

Citi Rewards+ Points have an average value of 1 cent per point meaning that 15,000 points would be equal to about $150.

If you own the Citi Premier Card, you'll be able to transfer ThankYou Points at a 1:1 ratio to all of Citi's airline and hotel partners. This can bump the value of your points as high as 2 cents each for certain redemptions.
