The best thing about Citi is that you can pair the Citi Strata Premier (or Prestige if it ever comes available again) with the Citi Double Cash Card and never earn less than the equivalent of 2X points on your purchases. There's no other program that offers such an easy two-card combo for maximizing rewards.
Bilt points to Emirates
Bilt Rewards points can be converted into Emirates Skywards miles at a 1:1 ratio. Every 1,000 Bilt Rewards points you transfer to your account will give you 1,000 Emirates miles.
The Bilt program is most known for the ability to pay rent with no transaction fees — something that you can't do with other programs. If you're want to earn rewards paying rent (which is something you have to pay anyway), I highly suggest considering the program.
