Is the American Express Blue Cash Everyday Card good?

Yes. It is one of the best no-annual fee credit cards on the market for earning cash back at U.S. supermarkets. It's also one of the rare cards that earn bonus cash back at select U.S. department stores.

Which card is better, the AMEX Everyday or Blue Cash Everyday?

The AMEX Everyday is better if you value Membership Rewards Points to be worth more than 1 cent each which can only be achieved by transferring points to partners. I recommend using the Blue Cash Everyday vs AMEX Everyday Calculator.

Should I get the Blue Cash Preferred or Blue Cash Everyday?

Looking at U.S. supermarket spend alone, the Blue Cash Preferred Card is the better option if you spend more than $270 per month at U.S. supermarkets. If you spend less than that, you'll want to go with the no-annual fee Blue Cash Everyday Card.
