Chase to Marriott transfer ratio
Chase Ultimate Rewards points can be transferred to Marriott Bonvoy at a 1:1 ratio. This means that every 1,000 Chase points you transfer will give you 1,000 Marriott Bonvoy points.
When transferring points to Marriott, you must have at least 1,000 Ultimate Rewards point in your account. You can transfer Ultimate Rewards points to Marriott in 1,000-point increments.
Marriott Bonvoy points are worth about 0.7 cents on average when redeemed for free nights at Marriott brand hotels which is significantly lower than the 1 to 2 cents you can get redeeming Ultimate Rewards points for travel.
It's worth noting that Marriott does offer sweet spots in their program that can net you more than 1 cent per point in value. This usually holds true at Marriott's low-end and high-end of their redemption chart (e.g. Category 1, 2, 7 and 8 hotels).
It can also be worth transferring points to top off your account if you're a few points shy of a redemption (regardless of value).
