The Ritz-Carlton credit card is no longer available to new applicants. The sign up bonus for the card was two complimentary nights at a Tier 1-4 Ritz-Carlton hotel after spending $4,000 within the first 3 months. Ritz-Carlton hotels are no longer tiered by themselves and now fall under the Marriott Bonvoy award chart.

Fees

Annual Fee

The Ritz-Carlton annual fee is $450 which is around the standard for premium/luxury travel cards. The $300 travel credit and 50,000-point free night certificate more than covers the fee in my opinion. You can get even more value out of the card when you use the other benefits such as the elite night credits, $100 property credits, Ritz-Carlton club upgrades, and more.

Authorized User Fee

There is no authorized user fee for the Ritz-Carlton Card. This allows you to add additional users to assist in earning Marriott Bonvoy Points spending in the bonus categories the Ritz-Carlton card has to offer.

Foreign Transaction Fee

The Ritz-Carlton Card does not have a foreign transaction fee meaning you can use your card worldwide without any penalty.
