Points can easily be redeemed for 1 cent towards airfare booked directly through AMEX or be transferred to AMEX's airline and hotel partners for higher value.
AMEX Cash Back Credit Cards
American Express offers four cash back credit cards which consists of three personal credit cards and one business credit card. The Blue Cash family of cards are among the best cash back credit cards in the US and either one of them pairs well with the American Express Cash Magnet Card.
Delta AMEX Credit Cards
American Express holds all seven co-branded credit cards for Delta Airlines which includes four personal cards and three business credit cards. If Delta is your preferred airline, I highly recommend having at least one of these cards as they offer excellent benefits ranging from free checked bags to annual First Class companion passes.
Hilton AMEX Credit Cards
American Express holds all credit cards for Hilton Honors and quite truthfully... all of them are great cards. Which card is best just depends on what type of benefits you're looking for and how often you frequent Hilton hotels.
Marriott AMEX Credit Cards
American Express holds the business card, luxury travel card, and mid-tier card for Marriott Bonvoy (Chase holds the others). If you're looking to maximize your rewards on Marriott purchases and/or looking to experience great benefits, you'll want to consider picking one of their cards.
AMEX Retail Credit Cards
American Express offers co-branded credit cards for a small handful of retailers.
AMEX Rewards Calculator: Which Card Is Best For You?
Use our American Express Rewards Calculator to determine the amount of cash back, points, and miles you can earn based on your monthly and yearly spending. This tool will help you identify which AMEX credit card is the most beneficial for your spending habits.
No Results. This is usually due to:
- There's no good card options based on the spend entered.
- The calculator is having a brain-fart and is not calculating rewards properly.
