At first glance, the Bank of America Business Advantage Travel Rewards World Mastercard may look like it offers standard rewards, but it has it's perks. The card has a straight forward earning structure which improves based on how much you have invested with Bank of America, Merrill Edge, and/or Merrill Lynch. This can generate returns as high as 4% for every dollar spent. So if you're an investor looking for a simple rewards programs, Travel Rewards may be for you.
The Bank of America Business Advantage Travel Rewards Mastercard earns a flat rate on all purchases. There is no limit to the amount of Bank of America Points you can earn with this card.
1.5x All Purchases
The Bank of America Travel Rewards Business Card earns an unlimited 1.5 points per $1 spent on all purchases. BOA points are easily worth 1 cents each at minimum, so you're looking at a solid 1.5% return for every dollar spent which is an okay return. There are several business cards that fit that same description. The Capital One Spark Cash Select Business Visa and Chase Ink Business Unlimited Visa both earn 1.5% cash back on all purchases.
+1.5 Bank of America Travel Center
A bonus of 1.5 points (for a total of 3 points) can be earned for every dollar spent at the Bank of America Travel Center. Points will not expire as long as the account is opened and in good standing. This bonus does not apply to insurance purchases (such as travel insurance).

Business Advantage Relationship Rewards
Business Advantage Travel Rewards card holders who are also a Business Advantage Relationship Rewards member will earn bonus points, amongst other things, when they have a large sum of money invested in a Bank of America business deposit and/or Merrill Edge or Merrill Lynch investment account.
- Gold | 25% Bonus Rewards | $20k to $50k 3-month average in combined balances
- Platinum | 50% Bonus Rewards | $50k to $100k 3-month average in combined balances
- Platinum Honors | 75% Bonus Rewards | $100k+ 3-month average in combined balances
The Business Travel Rewards Credit Card offers more points for cardholders enrolled in the Business Advantage Relationship Rewards program. Depending on your relationship, this can generate an additional 25% to 75% reward bonus on purchases. This means you can earn as much as 2.62 points on all purchases. Bank of America features a slightly modified version of this perk on the Bank of America Business Advantage Cash Rewards Mastercard.
Sign Up Bonus
The standard sign up bonus for the Business Travel Rewards Credit Card is 25,000 bonus points after making at least $1,000 in net purchases in the first 60 days of your account opening. 25,000 Bank of America points is worth $250 towards travel, cash, or gift cards. This card usually comes with a 0% introductory APR as well.
